Ability: Can heal, even if on the verge of death.
Bio: Pharen can do many things, she is normaly found caring for the eggs an awaits for a dragon rider to clam them. If any dragon of a young age dies the person who last touched that dragon will suffer a number of slashes from her tail upon their back, depending on how great the crime of the dragons death.
She is the justice of most dragons, an keeps them in-line from becoming monsterous an vile creatures.
She can heal just about anyone, but inexchange for knowledge of being able to have an element, she can an may pass parts onto others an remain her skills. The person who obtains an element from must still train just as hard if not more so then that of a normal element by chance. She can anly give an element for something in exchange, something valuble to that creater/human. That something must be up to her standards or she would take something of more value from that someone.
