Seen it? No, I don't want to. ESPECIALLY the white dragon. If I can help it I'll stay the hell away from that thing. And I've seen too many dragons, I hate them. Kite said bitterly. It was obvious that the girl had met a few and that one of them was the White maybe even the dragons rider too. It was also evident that Kite didn't like the topic of dragons much, and that his past somehow revolved around them.

Thats a smart choice I dont much like them either some are pretty cruel, but thats my opion I guess aswell Zeara threw a few pebbles into the water falls. some skid across the water as others plunked down to the bottom.

Kite nodded in response tearing leaves apart half-heartedly, not realizing what he was doing.

Zeara fell off the large stone she had been sitting on, falling onto her face. Stop doing that butt whip! she screamed at him Your hurting them!!! she launched a rock at him directly to the head.

Kite looked bewildered and seeing the rock he wrapped his legs around the branch and flipped sideway's so that he was hanging upside down by his legs avoiding the rock. WHAT?! I'm sorry, holy shit, no more rocks!Kite yelled wide-eyed hugging the branch so as not to fall and praying that no more rocks would come his way.

She walked over to him an stared him dead in the eyes. Never, I repeat never do that agin in my pressence or I'll through so many rocks at you, that you'll be bruised like a grape. GOT THAT!!! her voice was scratchy er eyes serious as she pictured the sight of what she had threatened. She jabed him in the gut with her index finger an turned around throwing her last rock at him.

Oka...GAH! Just as Zeara threw the rock, Kite lost his grip and fell into the water below him in a flash of brown. Standing up Kite shook his head water spraying everywhere as he examined himself for any injuries. Instead of the 19 year old, white-haired Kite there was now a 10 year old brown haired kid. The only thing that was recognizable was his vibrant silver eyes. Oops...sorry bout this Z it sometimes happens, but I don't think I've ever gone this young before.... The boy that was really Kite laughed sheepishly.

Zeara looked at him confused an ran over to help him out of the water. You change your apperance, but how...?

Kite sludged out of the water the clothes on him now WAY too big but he did his best with them. Not just my appearence, but my age, shape and lifespan too. I've lived a very long time, and sometimes, like a few momments ago I switch automatically to a new body. In this case I just needed something smaller to break the fall make me lighter and I remembered being 10. Kite grinned making rope out of thin air and tieing it around his waist to make his kimono a little better fiting. Kite looked at Zeara thoughtfully but shook his head in disagreement with himself. The one condition i've lived with though, is that I can't change form, animal-wise. Just my original demon self. I think I remember my first form but I was about 5 human years old at that time its hard to figure out what I would have looked like at 19.

Kite looked blank briefly but then he looked thoughtful. Well as a demon I'm maybe 22 years old....roughly but as a human i guess that would have to be about.... 350 years old or higher. he said slowly doing math in his head to figure it all out. But for Kite that was still pretty young as a demon so he didn't have that much respect amongst the elders. And I still age like a human though, its just if I showed my real age I think the humans would catch on. But this is a bloodline thing, only my family has it, and since I have no family only I can do it.

Kite shrugged. Ya my family was actually pretty cool, we weren't really the type to go around having a kill fest of humans. Actually it was a dragon that killed them all, my parents my two brothers and my newborn sister. It was an accident of course, the dragon had been fighting and dropped out of the sky because of its wounds right onto our house. I survived because i wasn't there at the time....I was...elsewhere.... he looked nervous and not so confident aroun the last part making his ten year old form look extremely cute. His dark brown, slightly spiky hair that was still quite wet made it all the more cuter and kite wasn't too impressed with that bit. It was OK as long as he remembered to turn back later.

Zeara began to have a fanish girl moment not being able to control herself. she let out a squel as she saw how cute he really was. awww your so adorable in this form. No offence or anything but you should stay with way forever

Kite's face was blank and he twitched a little. Thanks....I guess. But I like being closer to my REAL age, and I had a form simular to this one before "cute" is a well used word.Kite rubbed the back of his head a grin plastered on his face.

Zeara couldnt help the stage she was in he was to cute to pass up, besides bothering him and or making him uncomfortable didnt bother her.she ruffled his hair an pitched his little cheeks. but your so much more fun to look at besides we can play hide 'n seek, it will be fun as if im baby sitting almost but way better.

Kite looked at her his eyes narrowed but in a nice kind of way. Somehow telling you again that I'm over 350 years old just doesn't say it. I'll change back you know, though I might tweak it a bit before I do... He said thinking about his 19-20 year old form. He hadn't really put much work into that one.

You got the can't force me part perfect! And good point none of us ever look so old. The oldest I've seen, you'd think they looked about 80 years old maybe.Kite mused adjusting his clothes for his change. Closing his eyes his change was fairly fast, starting first with his hieghtas he shot upwards, his entire body filling out even faster. Slowing down the smaller details changed. His hair color grew a silver white spiked over to the side a bit and for a few momments a scar that ran vertically down his left eyelid was visible before it vanished. His eyes became a brighter silver, and lastly the curving tatoo on his one shoulder was visible just above his kimono. Finished he brushed off his clothes a little relieved to be back somewhere more comfortable form, as it was also a lot more muscular then a ten year olds, and it was plainly evident.

Zeara turned for a second druing his transformation, but she turned back around catching the sight of the scar that rest upon his left eyelid. he resembled himself once again as an older man just as before his kimono fighting him perfectly yet again. what do you mean by they? her words were crisp and simple as if qoundering who he was prefering too.

Kite looked a bit surprised. Hadn't he said? Other demons of course, I'm not the only one around you know. He grinned lightly raking his hands through his hair, his hand lingering for a couple seconds over his eye that the scar had been on before pushing away the hair hanging in front of his face.

Convinced that his scar wasn't visible yet he had feeling she had seen it when he had been changing forms. Ya...our numbers are small, even we die the same way's humans die. There is no immortality among the non-humans, we just live longer thats pretty much it. He said truthfully, praying Zeara didn't ask about what she might have seen.

Oh..so then why would you say such a thing aloud, arnt you afraid someone may use it against you later on...why tell me I could be the bad guy? her voice was unsure as to intend she didnt know her own self well enough to say such a thing as to what her weaknesses were. Even if technically he hadnt said what his weaknesses were, Zeara hadnt know that so to her it seemed like something to use against any demon who tried to attack her. Have you been in any sort of battle, maybe in a war at some point? this was her way of occasionally bringing up his scar without it seeming to offencive.

Kite ran a hand through his hair thinking for a mommentNot really. I mean you can kill ANYTHING the same way as humans can't you? Sure dragons for example have a pretty hard defense, and demons have dangerous powers but either way if you attacked me you'd be beaten at your current strength. Kite pointed out, his stance rather relaxed and comfortable with the conversation. Her next question caused a bit of suspicion on his part though and his eyes narrowed a little bit and his stance went a little bit more tense. Kite relaxed though, he didn't know for sure what she was bringing up, but his intuition told him it was about his scar and he couldn't avoid it. I have. The war between the elements and humans. And quite a number of battles before that, also this conversation is about my scar isn't it?
